Engineer by profession, dad by pride, producer by calling. Devan founded The Jr. Collective and Jr. Clickz & Giggles to build the stage Johor's stories deserve — and to show his kids that ideas become real when you build them.
Johor has always had the voices — founders, artists, coaches, community leaders — but the production infrastructure lived across the causeway. The Jr. Collective was founded to change that: a full media house at Permas Mall where southern Malaysia's stories get made properly, in the languages we actually speak.
Because a studio is a room, and a collective is a movement. Creators, brands and community figures who record here don't just share a space — they share audiences, guest swaps, cross-promotion and a stake in growing JB's creative scene together.
Broadcast-grade production shouldn't be reserved for capital cities. If the story matters, it deserves the full treatment.
Tamil, English and Malay aren't translations of each other here — each carries its own stories, and we produce in all three.
We grew out of Johor's community scene and we build for it — from cultural stages to concert floors to the podcast chair.
